If you are not satisfied with Secure Computing Systems Inc.’s software, which was purchased directly from www.mumms.com, please contact us within 30 days from your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds which were requested after 30 days of your initial purchase date will not be honored.

License returns will be honored within 30 days of the purchase date for the following reasons

• Error made in order processing 
• Cancellation or Termination of Software License and/or Program Contract

To request for a refund, please include the follow with your email

• The date of order
• The Operating System and version that you are running
• The name of our product that you have purchased
• A describe of the issue and/or reasons you are no longer wanting to use the software

Online Training

All training and online education courses are refundable if made a day prior to the scheduled date of the class.  Please call us or send an email with your refund and cancellation request.

Upon receipt of your request, all eligible refunds will receive a credit within 7 to 60 business days. Due to billing cycles, the refund may not appear on the same credit card statement as the original charge.

Please note that, except for the reasons listed above, Secure Computing Systems, Inc. carries a no-refund policy on Software Licenses that have already carried into the current month.
We do not warrant the contents of the Software Product or that the software itself will be error free, regardless of whether the product has been distributed via CD or an electronic download. The Software Product is furnished "AS IS" and without warranty as to the performance or results you may obtain by using the Software Product. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the Software product is assumed by you.

If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 72 hours. Upon receiving your refund you must uninstall or stop using any software products for which you no longer posses a valid, purchased license. Secure Computing Systems, Inc. reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.
