The At Risk: Patient Registry is a much needed service developed by mumms® Software and LMHPCO that provides emergency protection for hospice patients throughout Louisiana and Mississippi. This past hurricane season, the database was used by hospices in Louisiana and Mississippi to automatically send their at risk patients’ information to the necessary emergency personnel, providing emergency evacuation protection for numerous hospice agencies in the Gulf Coast region.

Though this service is not exclusively limited to mumms® users or LMHPCO members, mumms® users can add patients to this database with ease. Instead of accessing the database via www.mumms.com/lmhpco and manually keying patients’ information, mumms® users can add patients with the single click of a button. Once an “at risk” patient is flagged in the mumms® System, all other changes to the patient’s record are automatically updated in the At Risk: Patient Registry.
