CPC Reporting Feature PDF Print E-mail

The CPC Reporting Feature is accessed via the CPC Admin Console.  Only those persons who have been given access to the Admin Console will be able to access reports.  Contact Technical Support ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) if additional access to the Admin Console needs to be granted.


To access “Reports”, click on “Reporting” in the top left hand corner.

A list of available reports will open.

Choose the desired report by clicking on it.  Enter the desired date range.

Choose the desired report format.  Choosing CSV will open the report in Excel; HTML will open the report in .html format.  Either can be printed and/or resorted.

In addition to clinical reports, the CPC Reporting Feature has “Demographic” (Administrative) types of reports available.

Reports may be printed either by using “Ctrl P” or “File/Print”. 

Source of Data:

Clinical

  1. Patients who are “Full Code”:  Resuscitation Care Plan
  2. Stage III or IV Open Wound:  nursing forms; Wound Assessment Form
  3. Change in level of care to general inpatient:  Change in Level of Care Order
  4. On call visits by reason:  On Call Visit Form
  5. Patient falls:  nursing forms
  6. Patients reporting pain level >5:  nursing forms
  7. Patients who were hospitalized:  POC Recertification; POC Summary; Discharge Summary
  8. Patients hospitalized by reason:  POC Recertification; POC Summary; Discharge Summary
  9. Survivors at high risk for complicated grief:  Initial Bereavement Assessment
  10. Patients developing an impaction:  nursing forms
  11. Patients who developed an infection:  nursing forms
  12. Patients who visited the ER or Urgent Care Center by reason:  POC Recertification; POC Summary; Discharge Summary
  13. Patients not wanting hospitalization:  Initial POC; POC Recertification; POC Summary; Discharge Summary
  14. Patients who did not want resuscitation and did not get resuscitation: Resuscitation Care plan; Discharge Summary
  15. Patients uncomfortable due to pain at time of admission: Initial Nursing Assessment; Initial Nursing Assessment-Inpatient
  16. Comfortable pain within 48 hrs of admission:  Initial Nursing Assessments; Nursing Form


Demographic

  1. Late Syncs:  a list of workers that have stated open visit on one date but have actually synchronized with the server later than 24 hrs
  2. Deleted Visits: a list of visits deleted via the Admin Console
  3. Created Orders:  a list of orders created within a date range
  4. Visits: visits listed by date on which they were opened
