What is the Implementation Program? The Implementation Program provides a team of clinical liaisons to ensure a successful implementation and transition to electronic documentation. These liaisons will provide technical, clinical and practical expertise which will enable CPC users to gain a better understanding of the program and its features. The Implementation Program will help develop and maintain a best practice atmosphere as well as perform ongoing editing to meet compliance issues for state and federal regulations. Other Options Liaisons are also available for special projects, i.e., assistance with additional development requests (ADR), monitoring information for CQI reporting and full staff on-site CPC training. This service will be billed at an hourly rate depending on the proposed number of hours required. Travel expenses to the site will also be billed. WebEx Online or Local Retraining of New and Existing Employees This four hour training session will be provided by Implementation Liaisons and will be scheduled each month. Report Support Basic reports, such as those for QAPI indicators, have been developed and are available to CPC users at no charge. Customized reports can be developed for an additional fee. These reports can be purchased individually or as a package.
