mumms® Human Resource Module (HR) is a tickler system in Internet Explorer designed to fully manage all applicable persons such as staff, physicians, volunteers, and vendors. This application can track an unlimited number of items within personnel and/or contract files. The hospice or palliative care facility defines which items are tracked and the intervals for which these items need to be renewed or assessed. When an item needs to be renewed or assessed, reminder letters are automatically generated alerting those with incomplete or expired items in his/her file. With mumms® HR, management can maintain critical for data for employees and can be assured of compliance with state and federal regulations for employee files.
