Donation Tracking

The Donation Tracking Module is an indispensable tool for any Hospice organization seeking to maintain comprehensive and updated records of all fundraising activities.

A stand-alone module, Donation Tracking can be utilized without purchase of the rest of the mumms® system. It does interface easily with regular mumms® database information for full integration with the entire mumms® modular family.

Donation Tracking provides users with the following fundraiser and donor tracking options:

Tracks and compiles donations for a specific fundraising event.
Tracks both individual and corporate donors, with a full information field for each, including contact name for corporations and other institutions.
Tracks a specific donor through the course of an extended relationship.
Tracks both monetary and products/service donations.
Identifies and tracks donations made in the name of a third party.
Provides a variety of search options for donors and events, including search for most successful events, largest donation amounts, etc.

Like the other mumms® modules, Donation Tracking distinguishes itself by the large variety of reports it can generate, including:

Donor history, by date, event and amount.
Donations by date, event and amount.
Total event summary.
Overview of events within a period.
Donations per patient.
