NOEW is produced by The Idea Village, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization committed to driving positive change in New Orleans through entrepreneurship. mumms Software is sponsoring the New Orleans Contemporary Arts Center (CAC) and the CAC's annual SweetArts Ball. The SweetArts Ball is a premier gala which supports the CAC and it's mission to present diverse and exciting multidisciplinary arts programming and recognizes honorees who have contributed to the New Orleans arts and culture community.
The mumms Team visited the New Orleans World War II Museum for a PT Boat Tour last week. The World War II museum is currently working on reconstructing Patrol Torpedo Boat - 305 (PT-305). The boat is being worked on entirely by volunteers, and when it is complete, it will be the only cruising PT Boat in the states that has seen combat.
