We're glad so many of you were able to join us for mumms Silver Conference in New Orleans! Our team had a great time reconnecting with longtime friends in the hospice industry and getting to know so many of the new and future members of our user community. By all accounts, the event was a huge success.

Throughout the general sessions, presentations and roundtables, attendees gained new insights from industry leaders that will no doubt help their organizations grow and thrive. They learned how to think about quality as a business strategy, how to prepare for and pass a survey, how to resolve those difficult ADRs and how to use data and analytics to make sound business decisions. They discussed how to address aggregate hospice cap issues and shared different approaches to conducting patient assessments. And of course, they learned all about the advanced features of Hummingbird that will transform their hospice workflow, saving them time and resources.

Another big highlight was the Silver Jubilee reception, honoring mumms Software's 25-year commitment to the mission of hospice and palliative care. The reception featured local music from Joe Krown and a wide selection of New Orleans delicacies. First-time visitors and New Orleans aficionados alike enjoyed the chance to reconnect with friends, make new connections and enjoy a gorgeous evening on the Sheraton balcony overlooking Canal Street.

We'd also like to thank our exhibitors, sponsors and business partners for helping to make the conference possible, our guest speakers and presenters for sharing their expertise, the Sheraton Hotel for hosting us, and the mumms team members who worked hard to make sure it all came together smoothly.
